Your intake data is shared with a licensed clinician in your state for the sole purpose of evaluating your ESA letter request. We also use trusted service providers (Cloudflare for hosting, Resend for transactional email) under standard data-processing terms.
Data is transmitted over HTTPS. It is stored encrypted-at-rest by Cloudflare. The sensitive "anything you'd like the clinician to know" field is stored separately and is excluded from analytics, webhooks, and email previews.
Active leads: until the request is fulfilled or closed. Inactive leads: deleted within 24 months unless you request earlier deletion.
